CC BY-ND (Creative Commons Attribution–NoDerivatives) is a Creative Commons license that allows others to copy and redistribute the work, including for commercial purposes, provided they give proper credit to the original creator. However, the work cannot be modified, adapted, remixed, or transformed.

CC BY-ND (ক্রিয়েটিভ কমন্স অ্যাট্রিবিউশন–নো-ডেরিভেটিভস) হলো একটি ক্রিয়েটিভ কমন্স লাইসেন্স যা অন্যদের এই কাজটি অনুলিপি (copy) ও পুনঃবিতরণ (redistribute) করার অনুমতি দেয়—এমনকি বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যেও—তবে শর্ত থাকে যে, মূল নির্মাতাকে যথাযথ কৃতিত্ব (attribution) দিতে হবে। তবে, এই কাজটি পরিবর্তন, অভিযোজন (adaptation), রিমিক্স বা রূপান্তর করা যাবে না।

 

মূল বৈশিষ্ট্যসমূহ

একজন গবেষক CC BY-ND লাইসেন্সের অধীনে একটি প্রতিবেদন প্রকাশ করলেন। একজন প্রকাশক যা করতে পারেন:

 

প্রতিবেদনটির অনুলিপি মুদ্রণ ও বিক্রি করা।

অনলাইনে প্রতিবেদনটি শেয়ার করা।

 

তবে, প্রকাশক যা করতে পারবেন না:

 

প্রতিবেদনটি অন্য কোনো ভাষায় অনুবাদ করা।

এর বিষয়বস্তু সম্পাদনা বা সংক্ষেপ করা।

এর কোনো অভিযোজিত সংস্করণ তৈরি করা।

সুবিধাসমূহ

 

মূল কাজের অখণ্ডতা রক্ষা করে।

নির্মাতার কাজ ঠিক যেভাবে চেয়েছিলেন, সেভাবেই শেয়ার করা নিশ্চিত করে।

অননুমোদিত পরিবর্তন রোধ করে কাজের ব্যাপক প্রচার বা বিতরণের সুযোগ দেয়।
